Hi. Long time no see. I’m enjoying my last few months on Oahu and falling apart under the pressure of trying to finish grad school.
Halloween has been fun. I didn’t bother with dressing up because I am BORING. But I went out last night with some friends, roaming the streets of Honolulu.
Nijiya has some really cute drinks man.
Strange thing I did for scholarship volunteer hour requirements this week: Packing so many EGGGGGGSSS for hungry customers. I felt like I was on The Bear. FIRE EVERYTHING NOW I NEED HANDS YES CHEF. (I love The Bear, Richie is my cousin (๑╹ω╹๑ )♡)
September 28 was the 10 year anniversary of something… heavy. I stood on the beach and looked to my right, overwhelmed with beauty. The camera couldn’t capture it. And in the evening I ran towards the black waves in Waikiki, dizzy with happiness from getting to be outside all day. I went to bed with eyes red from a long and joyous day, suddenly realizing what day it was. I finally got here after all, huh?
So far it has been a semester full of so many special memories. Sigh, it’s a beautiful life.
